  1. Prepare the bread, i suggest to use a very thin fluffy milk bread, it will be easier to roll them up later..
  2. Spread the filling on the bread. I use choco sprinkles and ceddar cheese. But you can also use savory filling..
  3. Roll up the bread carefully, at the end softly press the edge to make sure it's perfectly closed..
  4. Beat the egg, season it with salt..
  5. Soak the rolled toast in the beaten egg. One egg can soak up to 5 toast..
  6. Warm up the pan in low heat, add the cooking oil or butter..
  7. Put the rolled toast in the pan, fried each side until it turns golden brown..

Roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin. Spread onto each bread slice, and roll up. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and vanilla. Dip each roll-up in egg mixture, and pan fry in a buttered skillet. Now lay the fruit mixture on the edge of each rolled toast.
